Are your fragrances authentic and original?
Yes, every bottle sold at Mystic Perfume is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please note that because perfumes contain alcohol, they must be shipped via ground transportation according to safety regulations.
What is your return policy for opened perfumes?
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We highly recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your perfume in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom, as temperature fluctuations can degrade the fragrance oils.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic United States due to international postal restrictions regarding the transport of flammable liquids like eau de parfum.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually 15-20%), making it longer-lasting. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter with a 5-15% concentration, making it ideal for casual daytime wear.
